4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
UPDATED: MAR 17, 2013 aroma of citruses, mainly grapefruit; dry taste of grapefruit and hoppy bitterness with long lasting spicy aftertaste;really good Hungarian IPA; congratulations for Tamas!
Bottle at Legfelsőbb Beeróság Budapest. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, mineral, earthy, medicinal hop. The flavour is light sour with a light crisp, grainjy yeast, medicinal floral hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average to lively carbonation. More sour than bitter. Can’t help thinking that something went wrong in the bottling process. midovark (1136) - Budapest, HUNGARY - JUL 20, 2017
On tap @ Rizmajer Sorhaz. Copper coloured with long lasting head. I did not get much of the aroma, it might have been to cold, some slight hoppy notes and that’s it. In taste, however, it’s much better, fruity bitterness and some yeasty notes make up the sip. There’s so much potential in this beer, it’s pity it could not live up to em. 0,33l bottle. Hazy light brown/dark copper colour with medium lasting creamy tan head. Aroma: Intense herbal and citrus, pine notes with some leather and caramel. Quite balanced between an ipa and a belgian ale. Taste: Has a rich malty start with dried fruits and almond like caracters with a medium strong bitter mouthfeel with herbal tones. Has a quite creamy texture. Medium body with medium carbonation. Long tastful bitter finish. A very good ipa with a belgian twist. rozsoma (1163) - Gyõr, HUNGARY - OCT 12, 2016

Pub - Hazy reddish orange colour, large and mid-life creamy beige head. Vivid citrussy hop nose with some flowery notes and some caramel. Taste is fruity with some grapefruit, peach, tangerine and some caramel. Medium body and carbonation, oily mouthfeel, decent citrussy and fruity finish. Great belgian style IPA.
Być może trafiłem na taką warkę, gdyż moja butelka mimo iż mocno schłodzona gazowała aż miło. Po uspokojeniu fajna goryczka z drożdżowymi nutami, byłoby super gdyby nie to przegazowanie. SeniorZozo (1576) - Budapest, HUNGARY - MAR 1, 2016
2013 Vintage Edition @ Budapest. // For first this version is like a barely wine. Hazy orange colored with a small off-white head. Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel, licorice and grapefruits with notes of berries. Fruity flavor of hops and pine needles with notes of grapefruits and dried fruits. ippopotamo36 (2623) - Rome, ITALY - FEB 25, 2016
Bottle at the NYE tasting in Beerville pub in Belgrade-Serbia, 31/12/2015. Pours amber cloudy color, decent off-white head. Nose: hush, a bit mold, toffee. A bit confusing. Mouth: very unpleasant! Over carbonated, medicine, very bad flaws! markoijelena (3200) - Belgrade / Amsterdam, SERBIA - FEB 23, 2016

Bottle @ home. Pours with a huge white head, that slowly disappears. Hazy, nut brown colour. The haze is due to the yeast in the bottle. Nose of wet hay. Taste is medium bitterness with light carbonation. Some citrus in the aftertase.
