UPDATED: APR 10, 2017 Fresh from the tap at Muted Horn in Berlin. Deep black with beige foam. Super, super creamy. Later nice hoppy notes and choco aromas. Not a typical, but a well done Porter.

Black with thin white head. Aroma is a bit earthy and grassy. Flavour has toasted bittersweet malts. Again a bit grassy.

[7059-20150214] Tap. Burnt roasted grains aroma has a woody note. Black body with a big long-lasting creamy mocha head and thick lacing. Coffee-infused cocoa roasted malt flavour with a hint of a soured cheese in the background. Medium-full body. Interesting! (8/4/8/3/15) 3.8

Enjoyed on tap at Ho.ST. Brack pour, brown head. Dark chocolate, coffee and roasted malt in the aroma and taste. English hops become more prevalent as I drink this. Medium body. Very drinkable, creamy mouthfeel.

2015-02-14. Black body with a nice creamy brown head and lace. Aroma is tangy and toasty, and the flavour is similar, tangy lightly bitter and sour dark roast malt. Average plus bodied palate, soft carbonation. 3+ Solid and well executed but the tangy character is not entirely to my own tastes. On tap at Station Host, Montreal.

Pours brown lots of coffee and maybe some english breakfast tea in the background. Reasonably rich mouthfeel, and quite sessionable.

Pours black with a small beige ring. Aroma is small roasted malts, coffee and bitter chocolate. Taste is light body, actually fairly thin, roasted malts, coffee and bitter finish. Looking for more ooomph.
