Pours copper with an off white head. Smells of wildflowers, some citrus, some peppery hints, spicy, some funky elements. Tastes citrussy and slightly bitter with some nice dry elements I can’t come up with a god descriptor for and an earthy finish. I’m REALLY liking this brewery’s beers.

Draught at Volo. Pours a medium brown with little to no head, light body. There is citrus in the aroma, melon, cantaloupe. Floral aroma also with wonderful yeast. Invitingly complex. Flavour is earthy with grapefruit, citrus, lemon zest, grass. Very pleasing and balanced. A most excellent IPA and one of the better ones out of Quebec that I have tried so far.

Growler shared at Maltzilla’s All American Weekend. Pours hazy copper color with off white head. Aromas of floral hops and caramel. Sweet malt flavor with some floral hops and mild bitterness. Medium body with averqage carbonation.

Growler. I found this beer to be very plain and devoid of that great citrusy/piney/resiny hop characteristic usually associated with IPAs.

@Mondial de la Bière 2010, Strasbourg - hazy blond colour with a solid pale beige foam left; fairly hoppy with notes of caramel and citrus, almond and honey; medium to full-bodied; fairly bitter but not in an aggressive way; long flowery and fruity notes in a lingering hoppy finish - balanced

On tap at Vices et Versa (Montréal, QC). Hazy amber body with low carbonation and a lasting off-white creamy head. Its hoppy aroma carries malty and melon hints. Sharp hoppy taste with fruity and oaky notes. Ends with a decent bitter finish. Well done!

22 oz. bottle filled counter-pressure from a tap at Charleston Beer Exchange, courtesy of a trade bonus with Maltzilla- thanks, Diego! Filled one month to the day before I tried it. Aroma of floral hops, perfume, caramel malts, orange citrus, apples, and a bit of soap. The flavor largely follows suit, albeit not quite as nicely; the bitterness and soap both go up a notch but not overwhelmingly so. Light-medium bodied, with average carbonation and a bitter mouthfeel. Good IPA.

Courtesy someone at Fruit in the Room, thank you. Pours deep copper with modest off white head. The aroma is tart and spicy and a little bit of floral hops with some sweetness in the background. The taste is similar with spicy to tart hop notes leaning toward a sense of acidic like tartness with a smooth sweet sugary malty backbone.
