On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazed orange with a medium sized white head. Musk, citrus, coriander, grapefruit over grapes, almost strawberry. Tons on the nose. Medium bodied, super soft, very delicate. Soft malt, light and easy. A bit of musk, yeast, a touch of alcohol present. yngwie (17234) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - MAR 8, 2016
Bottle, 75cl, at Mondial de la bière Montréal 2015. It’s a hazy, pale golden beer with a creamy off-white head. Some lacing. Fruity, lemony aroma with some oranges, lightly funky and with a touch of malts. It’s tart and full bodied, with a nice carbonation level. Orange, lemon, generic fruits and some yellow plums in the flavor, with a subtle bitterness and a pleasant funkyness. Lasting citrusy finish with some yellow plums and leathery funk. A delicious and refreshing beer I could easily have a few of. 150611 PhillyCraft (7916) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 13, 2015
Draft at FOFA 2015, this one went on at the end of the event but glad it did. Poured copper color with a decent white top. Hazy tan. Phenolic and slightly fruity aroma, with maybe some barrel influence. Tart and sweet, oaky and fruity. Finishes a little bit tart. Fun, new world interpretation of saison.
