Draught at brewpub. Spicy rye character, clove, dry fruit, earthy finish. Nice saison, quite rich and crispy.

Good carbonation, right knit bubbles. Smells light, grassy and citrusy. Light, the rye is surprising on the first sip. A little funky, really hits you in the back of throat. 2012 not bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Handypaul (583) - Burlington, Vermont, USA - NOV 22, 2014
Bottle. Pours clear yellow with fine bubbles a frothy fully lasting white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma is light grass, cloves, floral and light citrus. Light body, thin feel, average to soft carbonation, lightly bitter, yeast and clove flavors, and light to moderately sweet and a very light bitter finish. Goes well with a light Camembert.
