Bottle from City Beer. Pours murky golden with a decent white head and a sharp fruity aroma. There is a slightly sour fruit and light malt flavor, with a dry finish. Not much of a yeast presence and a bit light on flavor, but easy to drink. MartinT (9880) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - APR 2, 2007

Doughy yeast, orangey fruitiness, bready cereals and a tender spicy, herbal hop personality thrive within the cushy rye-infused mouthfeel.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A thick layer of foam laces generously atop the cloudy orange.
-The body’s creaminess is a bit overdone to achieve authenticity within its broad style, but it gives this brew a remarkable signature.
-From the nose to the aftertaste, everything exudes freshness.
-The hoppy finish sometimes personifies wet leaves.
-This is getting better and better; the bottle conditioning does wonders for the mouthfeel too.
Bottle, on tap at Vices et Versa and at Loup Rouge.
Bottle. Effervescent and lightly hazed honey-colored body with a fine white head. Very Dupont-like nose. Citrus fruit, sugar / sugar cookie, peppercorns and phenols. Hoppier and sharper and closer to the recent Cuvée dry hopped batch. There’s a difficult to identify aroma that’s something like orange juice pulp, aromatic hop cones and bathsoap... it really seems to be the key to why the aroma works so well here. Medium body with soft and creamy carbonation, lots of tart, dried fruits, a silky, creamy but frothy and filling yeast character with natural carbonation to give it softness. Astonishing tartness and dryness in a beer that seemingly smells sugary and fruity. Crisp, quenching acid, medium+ bitterness, low sweetness, good acid, quaffable and flavorful. Mild hints of alcohol emerge after it breathes and warms. mabel (9246) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 9, 2008

Aroma cas citrus, cereal and some apricot. Also grassy hops and vinegums. Flavour has soapy citrus, apricot, some grass and minerals. Also grapefruit. A tad too sweet but still a solid saison.
Sampled at Max’s in Baltimore. Pours a transparent orange amber with very little cloudy white head. Aroma is floral, herbal, sugary. Flavor is sweet, malty, oranges, tropical fruits, passion fruit. Finish is full bodied, sweet. jredmond (8288) - New York, New York, USA - AUG 2, 2010

750, capped. Pours a slightly hazy burnished medium gold with a loose white head that doesn’t stick around. Wet grass and some oregano on the nose. Flabby medium body. Floral notes, grass, and oregano on the mid palate. Not their best stuff.
