750ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, golden colour with huge, frothy, fully lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Fruity hoppy aroma has hints of apricot and peach, hints of rye, vegetable, unripe pear, spicy yeasty overtones. Taste is fruity, hints of apricot and peach, minimally peppery, spicy yeasty overtones; subtle tartness. Soft, gentle, micro pored, nevertheless sustainable carbonation for excellent palate. Superbly balanced, thoughtful crafted. laiti (8531) - Tampere, FINLAND - JUN 28, 2015

Aroma cas citrus, cereal and some apricot. Also grassy hops and vinegums. Flavour has soapy citrus, apricot, some grass and minerals. Also grapefruit. A tad too sweet but still a solid saison.
On tap @ Vices et Versa, Montreal. Pours a medium deep golden color. Spicy, brett like funkiness, slightly sour, bandaid. Nice jercraigs (11071) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 4, 2008

2008-05-31. Crisp golden body with a nice foamy off-white head. (3+) Aroma is mild, light alcohol kissed grass, hops. (6+) Pleasant zippy bitterness alludes to lemons, mild grass, pale malt. More lemon and grass in the finish lingers pleasantly. (7+) Smooth average palate suits the beer. Decent but not my favorite of their offerings. 6/4/7/3/15 - 3.5 On tap, Mondial, Montreal, 4T
On tap at Vices & Versa. The color is a hazy honey with a light beige head. The aromA and taste is of spicies, also in the taste is malt. It is sweet but not to much. IIt leaves a nice aftertaste.

A sour/tart nose with a hint of yeast. Cloudy orange/golden with a minimal white head. Taste is sour fruit, yellow plums, white grapefruit and starfruit come to mind. Light bodied, very well balanced, complex, tart, dry and most refreshing. Terrific. radiomgb (2686) - Peterborough, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 11, 2009
Clear golden orange in colour with a thin white coloured head, light lacing. The aroma was of oranges, lemons, some spice, bread and yeast. The flavour has some grapefruit, moderate bitterness, lots of citrus, yeast, must and a bit of brett. Lightly bitter mouthfeel, medium body, medium/high carbonation. Finishes bitter, with yeast and spice.elihapa (1554) - Honolulu, Hawaii, USA - MAR 14, 2009
This didn’t have as much grapefruit as the Station 10 that I just had but was a bit more intense in the flavour. Moderate amounts of alcohol at times, quite refreshing.
Draught at Mondial 2008, Montreal, Quebec.
Sampled on May 29, 2008.
On tap, Vices et Versa. Pours opaque gold with a white head. Wheaty nose. Body has intense clove and wheat, with a spicy, herbal finish. Palate remains pleasingly buttery throughout. Solid beer, if not stylistically overlapping with Belgian Whites. bedainedebiere (544) - Terrebonne, Quebec, CANADA - MAR 6, 2010
UPDATED: MAR 9, 2010 Bottle, 750ml, to go. No head, flated out, damn it, 8$... Apple dominating with a restrained bitterness, some light spices and a fruity sourness, lots of banana appear gradually and persist in the aftertaste, slightly citrusy, with typical Hopfenstark yeasty-taste trademark. Sweet white wine notes, also. No carbonation, though: I first thought it was a problematic product, but no, it seems that it is intended. Not bad but kind of weird, although I started to like it more and more. And more. And more. Raisin’ for the second time in a few days... Fred82 (2332) - Québec City, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 23, 2010

Appearance : Hazy amber with a medium white creamy head. Lots of lacing.
Aroma : Woody ans acidic. Slightly lactic. Oak sourness.
Taste : Acidic, light woody. Light notes of rye. Quite fruity. Finish is acidic and dry. Finish is also a bit mineral. Carbonation really soft, almost flat.
Overall : Very nice looking. Great wood sourness. Nice wilderness and fruityness. This is not something I could drink more than one glass of because there is too much oak sourness and lactic notes. Carbonation was way too soft in my opinion but I’m pretty sure that it’s not that flat normally. The beer in general could also feel more polished.
