Bouteille de 750 ml, légère mousse après l?avoir versée qui disparait immédiatement. Odeur d?agrume et ne cache pas son acidité. Un peu surette au goût. Se boit facilement. Très agréable.

Golden color, tons of tiny floaties. Not much head. Aroma is a touch of white wine, tiny hint of white vinegar. A decent hop with some lemon-drop. The taste is very horsey: musty like a basement. Old world flavors: white wine, doughy yeast. Some earthy clove. Some phenolics. The feel is very dry. It’s a good beer: cloves and white wine.

,75 bottle. Golden hazy. Citrussy, citeus peel, white peppery spicy nose. Wheaty, seemed kinda witty light mismade bavarian weiss. Mezl iht bodied, feels a bit thin finishing. Sone yeastynss, whaty. Not too interestign, think the graphics on the label was the most interesting part.

December 2016 - Bottle share in London, with many thanks to Leighton. As ’Hopfenstark Saison Station 7 (Bière aux Herbes)’, 7%. Hazy golden orange, sparkling with a foamy white head. Aroma is musty old red apples, spicy, bubblegum. Body is smooth with tingly carbonation. Taste is a bit washed out by carbonation – sodawater vibe you sometimes get with saisons, spicy, wheaty, some toffee sweetness with more spice in the finish. (3.6)

Bottleshare at Leighton’s Gaff. Thanks to the man himself! Light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, fairly dry and with modest fine carbonation. Light and sweetish malts. Mild spice. Trace of herb. Modest fruits. Light dry finish. Clean but it’s dry and it’s standard stuff.

Leighton (21743) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 8, 2016
Bottle shared in London - sourced from Beergium. Pours mostly clear, effervescent, with a frothy, white head. The nose has pleasant saison yeast, sponge cake, a little lemon. Light sweet flavour with some crispy wheat, lemon peel, subtle pithy grapefruit, some grass, pale husks. Light to medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Nice balance balance in the finish, more lemony notes, crispy wheat, hay, slight apple, understated saison yeast expression. Tasty beer.
