COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Enjoy this light golden ale on a long summer day in the beer garden. Its smoothness and low alcohol make this a great session beer. Hoppy grapefruit ring aroma with a touch of pine and a slightly toasted malt come through on the first taste. Crisp, sweet, and bitter with a long satisfying finish.

Only one of the 4 house beers I didn’t really like. They said this copper colored ale was modeled after Sierra Nevada pale, but outside of a tail end bitterness. It was weaker and thinner. Carmel malts and earthy bitter hops. Ok. Ish.

Keg at Hopmonk, Sonoma, 28/04/14.
Clear golden with a moderate off white covering.
Nose is light csrsmel, biscuit malt, hint of vanilla, nutty pangs.
Taste comprises much the same.
Medium bodied, prickly and overcarbed, semi drying close.
So so affair, had this down as an ESB or an amber ! APA - really? Where are the hops?

UPDATED: JAN 7, 2014 On tap @ Hopmonk Sebastopol. Golden-orange pour with a white head. Bready, toasty aroma. Some apple, white grape, and grass. A bit watery. Flavor is just kind of sweet and grainy. Lots of bread, a bit of toast, and some grape and apple esters. Mild grassy bitterness. Thin bodied.

This beer is a pretty classic Pale ale. It isn't too hoppy and has a mildly bitter finish. An average colored beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A very unique, interesting pale ale. Pours a boring clear golden color. Smell is amazing, tropical fruit and Cotton candy. Taste is fruity, grapefruit and pineapple. Slightly hoppy finish. Had on tap at the brewery. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
