The best IPA on the market today. Very well balanced, just a delight to drink! Christpuncher (3251) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - FEB 15, 2013
An average ipa. Very hoppy with a bitter aftertaste. Not bad for a craft beer but not one I woul get again.

Had this at Elwoods tap. Pours deep golden, close to amber. little to no head, but a swirl produces a nice, light-tan film of foam. mellow aroma with malty caramel and light pine. taste is a bit more aggressive, with alot more bitterness than was evident from the aroma. medium body and carbonation.

Clear amber with a large tan head. Aroma is mega floral with caramel and grains. Taste is floral as well with sweet malt and moderate bitterness. rubbishystuff (2537) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JAN 30, 2013
From B and C. Hop heads probably won’t be to big on this as it is a very malty but not very hoppy IPA. The hops were medium bitter but quite spicey herbal piney. As and IPA maybe not so much but overall it wasn’t so bad. Serving: Bottle

Packaging says Chicago, Il and bottle reveals Monroe, WI....ie Minhas.....total deception. Beer is a average. Wish I would have looked at the bottle..... kseecs16 (1216) - Naperville, Illinois, USA - JAN 20, 2013
Sweet, spicy hop aroma. Hazy dark amber red with a creamy off-white head. Sweet, not particularly bitter. Eh.

12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a cloudy dark orange with a finger of thick yet frothy white head. Aroma is mostly citrus with loads of grapefruit and tropical fruits. Slight caramel aroma. Medium bitter and lightly sweet. Loads of tropical fruits like pineapple with a good bit of grapefruit and citrus. A good dose of caramel too. Light bodied with a somewhat thin texture. Very soft carbonation but a decently long finish. Overall, pretty darn good. I would be happy to drink this again! AWISLguy (3327) - Wisconsin, USA - DEC 1, 2012
Bottle from Brook-Falls Discount. Pours an orangey-pink grapefruit with a white head. Great retention and lacing. Aroma has fruit and some breadiness. Taste is of some fruit, some sweet sugar and some off flavor malts. Sweetish without any real ipa-ness to it. A malty saison? Not sure what they were doing here. It was not a pourer, but it really had nothing redeeming about it either. ccex (1366) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - NOV 28, 2012
12 oz. bottle from a M&M 6-pack pours a clear amber color with decent white head and some lacing. Not much to smell. Aroma is a little saopy with hints of caramel malt and citrus hops, but not as evident as what I expect from an IPA. Taste is nondescript, lacking bitterness or sweetness. Body is light to medium with flat carbonation. Wisconsin’s oldest brewery never ceases to disappoint me except for Huber Bock and a couple of high gravity malt liquors. "Minhas Craft Brewery" should be renamed "Minhas Crass Brewery" or "Minhas Crap Brewery"
