12 oz. bottle from a M&M 6-pack pours a clear amber color with decent white head and some lacing. Not much to smell. Aroma is a little saopy with hints of caramel malt and citrus hops, but not as evident as what I expect from an IPA. Taste is nondescript, lacking bitterness or sweetness. Body is light to medium with flat carbonation. Wisconsin’s oldest brewery never ceases to disappoint me except for Huber Bock and a couple of high gravity malt liquors. "Minhas Craft Brewery" should be renamed "Minhas Crass Brewery" or "Minhas Crap Brewery" kseecs16 (1216) - Naperville, Illinois, USA - JAN 20, 2013
Sweet, spicy hop aroma. Hazy dark amber red with a creamy off-white head. Sweet, not particularly bitter. Eh.

Clear golden-orange with a light white head. Bubblegum, very sweet nose. Hint of grapefruit and citrus. Touch of resin. Bitter initially, heavy malt sweetness in the middle and a dry bitter, medium long finish. Relatively clean palate, medium to light body, not a ton of carbonation. Fine, unremarkable IPA.

Mediocre IPA at best. Nothing really stands out and there isn’t a lot of hops or malt. Some light off flavors as well. miyauchi38 (1096) - chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 21, 2014

This pours a clear golden color with a slight foamy head with a slightly bitter aroma. The taste is smooth and has a very sour/bitter tone. There is a flavor that tastes like old sour water that distracts from the overall taste. This could definitely use some work and improvements. dwm1034 (785) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - NOV 17, 2013
From sampler rack at the Pig....nose and color / appearance were good....taste not so much. Taste was kind of metallic and very very bitter...but not in a good way. Not good. brian60625 (746) - Illinois, USA - AUG 31, 2012
UPDATED: SEP 1, 2012 12 ounce bottle. Ahhhh, Minhas. I wish I hadn’t seen your name when I retrieved this rating page. It has a clear, amber color and there isn’t much bubble action. The foam hangs out on top like stagnant, dimpled, cellulite epithelium. Subtle pine smell. The flavor is pine, malts, citrus hops and booze. I didn’t pick up on any spiciness, as you may expect with cascade hops. It’s stale and generally unpleasant. I give it a C.

Had it at the Chicago Craft Beer Festival 6/22/13. Clear amber hue with light lacing and head and a hop bitter taste. Ahuth (642) - Illinois, USA - AUG 31, 2015
Bottled. Cloudy brown. Nice thick head.. Has a nutty malty taste. After a couple drinks grassy piney pops out. Below average IPA
