COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Set forth to become the conqueror of extremely special and rare Spanish brandy barrels that were captured by our crew, El Frogquistador was conceived. It had to be prepared for battle, yet lively and agile enough to conquer all this delicious, complex and memorable goodness.

Scent of cherries. Taste of cherries and some alcohol. Good bitterness that fills the upper part of the mouth for a long time. Easy to drink beer, but perhaps a little watery. But still really good. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

14-OCT-2017, bottle @home, from Boxbeers.
Very hazy orange with a low white head. Aroma is dried fruit - mostly orange and sweet sheery. Taste the same, more malty stuff too. Sweet, touch of bitterness. I like the sweet brandy barrel stuff. But it seems like a simple beer pimped with a nice barrel. Nice but not great.

Zapach słodowy, miodowy, beczkowa wanilia, dojrzałe gruszki, drożdże, lekko sherry. W smaku gładkie, kremowe. Marcepan, migdał. Lekko miodowe. Dosyć charakterne. W sumie kojarzy mi się trochę z nugatem. Dziwne piwo, można je polubić a można zupełnie odrzucić. Mi pasowało z racji, że jest trochę inne niż standard.

Tap (One More Beer Festival 2017, Kraków). Piana obfita, biała, drobnopęcherzykowa, redukuje się do warstwy, koronkowanie słabe. Barwa złota, opalizujące. Aromat średnio intensywny, nuty białego wina, biszkoptowe w tle. Goryczka średnia minus. W smaku rodzynki, figi, alkohol, wino. Pełnia średnia, nasycenie średnie.

UPDATED: SEP 5, 2017 Barwa jasno złota, piana mała.
Aromat karmelowy, ciemne owoce, rodzynki, mid.
W smaku lekko słodkie. Jest karmel, białe owoce i przełamanie kwaśną, cierpką chyba beczką. Alko totalnie ukryte.
Fajne pifko.

UPDATED: SEP 3, 2017 OMB kran. Jasno złote, opalizujące. W aromacie cytrusy i miód, delikatna akacja i dębina. Półsłodkie, herbatnikowe, lekko cytrusowe, oleiste w odczuciu. Mi niestety przeszkadza alko kojarzące się z "cytrynówką".
