Pulled this out of my beer cellar, 19 months old. First I was overwhelmed with the aroma. It was fantastic with a slight hop and strong honey scent. Appearance is a clear golden red amber with a 1 finger light tan head. Taste is sweet honey and orange with a slight remnant of the saison it once was. Palate is smooth and slightly syrup like with just the right amount of carbonation. If you have one of these you are aging give it a try. You will not be disappointed. fitwitchik (433) - Ohio, USA - APR 12, 2014
Aged 19 months from a bomber into a Hoppin Frog snifter an amber orange with a thin beige head that left soon...
Aroma is sweet orange. Floral. Slight funk.
Flavor is off the map incredible. Tangy sweet citrus. Fruity. Touch of spice. The sweetness is so fine. An all star event here. The funk of a saison is there but the balance of the sweetness with some light bitter hops keeps this brew an IPA like none other. Blessed to have one bottle left laying down. Two of my favorite brewers in one beer. Awesome! Pours reddish with a small white head. Perfume and citrus aromas. This is delicious! Sweet malt balanced by generous hops additions. Hides the ABV well. Overall Awesome! MisoW (3656) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - OCT 18, 2013
Bottle, courtesy of Cuso. Pours amber color, beige head. Aroma is honey, berries, hops, tangerines, orange. Taste is sweet, honey, tangerines, berries, hints of nice warming alcohol, extra nice beer! Long sweet, bit bitter finish of tangerines. Cuso (8935) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - OCT 19, 2013
Bottle from bierkompass.de.Amber color with medium beige head. Aroma of malt, honey, red berries, tangerines, grapefruit. Taste, is initially quite sweet with sweet malt and honey together with spices, towards the end, aromatic hops arrives in light not disturbing version. Light hoppy finish. Delight. I am courious how De Molen version tastes.

22 ounce bottle. Served in a Unibroue tulip, the beer pours a slightly hazy orange/amber color with about a half inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both good. The aroma is very sweet and spicy, it smells like citrusy hops (tropical fruit, grapefruit), sweet oranges, caramel, and Belgian yeast. The taste is also mostly sweet and spicy, the brew tastes like caramel, citrusy hops, toffee, sweet spices, oranges, and a bit of peppery spice. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it’s creamy and slick with moderate carbonation. I’m not really sure if I’d call this a Saison or an IPA, I just think it’s a pretty good Belgian-style ale. Too bad this is just a one time brew, I know I’ll buy another bottle the next time I see it. $11.99 a bottle. back (2243) - Holstebro, DENMARK - FEB 19, 2013

Bottle, courtesy of Cuso. Aroma is mostly hoppy, tangerine, orange zest. Taste is strong strong sweet, nicely grainy. Then hops shows itself, in just right quantity. Really nice one. Tasty above all. I hope to revisit this in the future. Karol (951) - SLOVAK REPUBLIC - OCT 18, 2013
Bottle by Cuso, many many thanks! A sipper, a delicacy. Malt, hops, sourness, exotic fruit, honey. Alcohol warming. Yeast and sourness. A great combination of aromas and flavors. Sweetness dominates this delicacy. Overall a beverage of Gods!
