COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
BORIS the Crusher made with coffee from the Hippie Coffee Company in Canton, OH. Freshly roasted coffee flavor and aroma add satisfying levels of complexity to this robust stout, perfectly complimenting its intense, rich roasted character. Cold infusion with whole coffee beans keeps the bitterness low and the flavor high!

Ottima imperial coffee stout. Ma manca la schiuma. Aroma e sentori fantastici. Tanto caffè. Complessa e corposa

From tap; black as the night, brown head; very chocolate dominated aroma, some spiciness; taste is chocolate, nice roasty, enough but not too much burn in the finish, on the dry side

On tap at the Craft Beer Co, Limehouse. Black pour with a tan head. Lots of coffee in the nose with a splosh of toffee, blackberry jam and licorice. Flavours of dark roast coffee, cola, cocoa, licorice. Rich, warming finish. Very good.

One More Beer Festival, Kraków (02.09.2017) Czarny jak smoła trunek. Ciemno brązowa, umiarkowana piana. Smak i aromat są zbliżone do siebie. W zasadzie cały rdzeń piwa opiera się o kawę. Jest to natomiast mocno palona, gorzka kawa. Dużo nut palonych, popiołowych, gorzka czekolada, ciemne slody. Minimalny karmel i ciemne owoce. Umiarkowana tekstura, niskie nasycenie. Lepsze niż Rocky Mountain, ale ponownie nie wyrwało mnie z butów..

Tap at One More Beer Festival Kraków. Beer is dominated by coffee. Coffee in aroma, coffee in taste. Dry, some sour notes. Light body, should be more complex.

Black as sin and with nose rich on coffee and malts. Taste slight acidous but still very rich on coffee and almost cocoa. Palate long and oily with herbal notes. Quite different from first impression. Overall very nice to enjoy on its own or with dark food.
