This is a really good beer. Hops are everywhere but still really smooth. Way to go Fred and team! DoublEE (782) - South Euclid, Ohio, USA - AUG 15, 2012
Another good flavorful brew from the frog, this could easily be called an IPA, but people would probably say it’s not bitter enough. the full alpha oil flavor from whatever combo of fresh hops they used comes through beautifully and the balance nestles everything together. This may be my new frog favorite. Soooooo freakin’ drinkable. DocLock (10683) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 6, 2014
Bomber from a PUB’R capo directly from the brewery. Pours turbid deep copper with 2-finger frothy white head that laces all over the place. Nose is incredibly intense piney and resiny hops, a huge IBU load in this, with caramel malt, black pepper. Tastes dense on the palate, with a huge resiny hopload, caramel malt, and some black pepper and floral notes. This one is a hopheads dream, but may be too intense for others. Bottle picked up from Fred Karm at the brewery. It’s nice to have a brewery that values its customers, have a head brewer who is willing to chat, oh, and he brews darn good beer. Anyhow, this has a nice clear copper color and has a sudsy tan head. Aromas are sweet malt with lots of citrus and tropical fruit hops. Mango and oranges, a little bit of pine... nice nose. The flavor is no less impressive. I’m a little skeptical about wet hopped harvest ale type beers following a few bitter (err... not-so-bitter) disappointments, but this beer delivers. First off, this has an aroma. Second, the malt and hops balance well against eachother. The hops profile that comes through in the flavor is heavily piney, which sticks to the palate and lingers in the aftertaste. RCL (2030) - Waltham, Massachusetts, USA - JAN 20, 2010
Super clean lemony aroma; like delicious lemon pine-sol. Crisp, full-flavored taste is perfectly balanced, intense fresh hop flavor and sweet malt. This is superb.

Nice ambered color. Sweet mellow pumpkin and sweet hop aroma. Bittersweet flavor , fruity and creamy hop character. Nice, Tasty, excellent. tseo (153) - Athens, GREECE - JUN 18, 2012
Bottle at the Local Pub, Halandri.
Aroma: Bitter and aromatic elements dominate in the nose. It’s very
spicy, very herbal, veray earthy. Some nice fruit (grapefruit;
strawberry;). Bold and very attractive.
Mouthfeel: Medium body.
Taste: Not as bitter as I would expect, but leans on the bitter side.
Tastes delicious malty/bread/cookie/nutty combination, as well as being
hoppy as hell.
Finish: Gently sweet palate, then dry, earthy and fruity. Mild but
characterful and distinct.
Overall: Superb beer, though I’d like some more bitterness. I’d have it
anytime, all the time. ration (2236) - Tampere, FINLAND - MAR 16, 2013

22 ounce bottle directly from the source three days after its release. Poured into a Hoppin Frog 8 oz snifter. I’ve been wanting to try this one for a long time now, and I finally get the chance. Pours a murky copper color with a white head of foam that starts sort of fluffy, but moves to more of a ring around the edge of the glass quickly. The aroma has big grapefruit and orange rind with a gently malt profile hiding in the background. Makes me think of a hop tea. Big, juicy hop bomb. The taste is a sweeter hop bitterness. There’s a nice drying bitterness that kicks in about mid palate and finishes things off. Another delicious beer from one of my all time favorite breweries. This beer rocks! cking (1175) - North Canton, Ohio, USA - OCT 28, 2009
One of the freshest and best citrus hop aromas I’ve ever experienced. Plenty of pine and citrus fruit with a touch of ganja, so fresh it’s amazing. Copper color with a thick, fluffy head and tons of sticky lacing. Dry and medium bodied, the bitterness is spot on. Tastes like I’m gnawing n a Centennial hop cone. Fruity with lots of evergreen that’s backed up by a floral and nutty taste along with a touch of bread and caramel. Literally the freshest commercially bottled beer I’ve ever enjoyed.
