Bottle, 22oz, at RBNAG -09. It’s a hazy, orange-golden beer with a dense, off-white head leaving lacings. Apricot, grapefruit, generic tropical fruits, a faint note of pepper, and malty sweetness on the nose. Sweet flavor with lots of pinecones and tropical fruits. Malty-sweet with a touch of pepper. Fine, intense bitterness towards the lasting finish. Full-bodied, almost astringently bitter. A lovely beer, probably cellared a bit too long, but the hops still shine. 091107 Dedollewaitor (16158) - Odense, DENMARK - SEP 23, 2008

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus. Clear orange to amber color, medium sized off-white head. Aroma is malts, hops, a bit grassy. Taste malts, hops, a light hint of caramel, grapefruit, fruity, bitter. Medium body and carbonation. Yup, very nice! bhensonb (15189) - Woodland, California, USA - JAN 26, 2009
Bottle from Beer Geek. Slightly hazy copper color with a decent fine white head. Fruity citrus over lightly roasted malt. Medium body with creamy carbonation. Flavor is very malty, though not sweet, with a lot of floral hop. Finishes a bit astringent with some decent bitter. Not getting citrus, but it sure is something hop. Grapefruit overridden by roasted malt? Starting to seem that way.

Tap at Craft Beer Co. It pours hazy amber, with a thick yellow-white head. The nose is orange, citrus pith, sweaty sock and salt. The taste is tangy citrus, orange squash, grapefruit, marmalade, resin, straw, salt and hay, with a decent bitter finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. Easy drinking and enjoyable IPA.
