22 ounce bottle, very fresh bottle, picked it up at the brewery. Pours cloudy orange amber color with a dense 2 finger off white head with incredible retention that reduces to a lacing cap. Some very nice lacing coats the glass. Aromas of grapefruit, orange, caramel, pine, and spices.
22 ounce bottle. Nice blend of grapefruit, orange and its nicely balanced.
The bitterness is quite overtaking, but it’s a nice parallell to the fruity taste.
The aftertaste is a delight. A nice IPA.

Yksi parhaista tyylilajinsa edustajista aivan varmasti. foxo82 (917) - Bromsgrove (via Leicester), Worcestershire, ENGLAND - NOV 17, 2012
Bottle conditioned from beersofeurope.com. Opaque orange with a huge head of foam and loads of lacing. Floral, grainy hoppy aroma with banana. This tastes absolutely delicious - initial smoke giving way to sweet pineapple but then with a bitter hoppy kick, supremely balanced between dry and sweet. Smooth and thick. I could fill this box with superlatives but I’d rather enjoy drinking this. juggle330 (4) - N. Canton, Ohio, USA - NOV 21, 2006 does not count
Excellent citusy hop flavor and finish. It is medium bodied without hop-derived astringency. Thkis is a moderatly strong American IPA and I highly recommend it. DeadGuyFrank (347) - http://westchesterbeer.com, USA - SEP 5, 2008

Hoppin’ Frog Hoppin’ to Heaven IPA is a pretty clear amber ale with a few particles in it. The dense, bubbly, off white head thins to a film and stays put. It leaves fancy lacing on the glass. It has a strong citrus aroma-- the kind you can smell from across the room. It’s fresh and leafy. It has a soft, fluffy, medium body with a dry finish that leaves the tongue feeling a little singed. This is a big, fruity, juicy IPA. It’s mostly grapefruit but there are almost hints of pineapple and peach. It gets more bitter as the taste goes on. It goes from fruit to pine resin. It’s not really sweet or dry. This is all about delivering maximum hop flavor. The malt takes a back seat, but it’s strong enough to support things. It gets a little peppery at the finish. The black pepper flavor lingers with with pine resin for a little while after the swallow. Yeah, this is a bang-up IPA. This is treading into double IPA territory. hutch451 (1) - - SEP 8, 2012 does not count
Keg at Craft Beer Co, full bodied with big citrus hop profile, really good american style IPA Dorqui (2259) - Brescia, ITALY - FEB 15, 2013
Bottled. Pretty amber/orange color, much hazy with a beautifull bubbly aspcet. Incredible and foamy resistant head of long long duration. Powerfull hop aroma, citrus notes with rumors of floral aged grapes, resin, cortex. Much round and surrounding taste, smooth start, bitter interlude and arid final. Unbelievably persistance of flowery and hoppy notes. Wonderfull beer. ads135 (4844) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - DEC 10, 2013
An exceptional IPA. Very nicely balanced, and amber colored. Crisp with some grassy and mild citrus hops.
