COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Itís backbone consist of the simplest ingredients ( Corn Flakes & Table Sugar) yet it produces so much flavor from the new experimental hop called HBC- 342. This hop has been described as mild, pleasant, citrusy, and tropical, with some melon notes as well. This beer was also inspired by a Mug Club member, Ed Burke, here at WCBC who helped create and brew this tasty concoction. Cheers to Ed and the brew crew here at the Watch who helped make it happen!!! A light, refreshing alternative to all the dark and heavy winter brew.

Thee best cream ale iíve ever tasted. This beer smelled like sweet cereal grains and piney hops, and drank with an amazing smoothness and great back end bitterness. Stick hops coated the glass all the way down the glass. Just amazing.

Havenít had a cream ale in a long time and this was well worth the wait. A nice hoppy ale with a pleasant flavor. Goes down smooth.
