"this bavarian style hefe, served with a lemon, has an aroma of yeast and banana. it’s light, clean, and refreshing. maybe lacking in complexity with the abscence of the usual clove aspect, but it was enjoyable enough. " illidurit (2327) - San Francisco, California, USA - JUL 10, 2014

Pours translucent gold with a white head. Aroma has lots of clove. Med body. Flavor is mostly clove with some banana ester. A strongly flavored hefe - which finishes dry. I think the use of barley helps!
