Berliinissä maistiainen Juholta 5/2016. This is apparently supposed to be retired, but they sold beer named like this in the bar. It was good, sweet but balanced brown ale. fdomig (1024) - München, GERMANY - SEP 26, 2015
500ml on tap authentic brewpub in Berlin. Aroma is peach, light pineapple. Appearance is clear with a light white foam. Taste is light bitter, light sweet. Light dryness. Very good. culchiem (3978) - Berlin, GERMANY - DEC 6, 2011

Hausbrauerei Hops & Barley, Berlin. Sötétebb árnyalatú vörösesbarna szín, kevés piszkosfehér, ám kitartó hab. Illata karamellás és kissé fémes, íze szintén karamellás, aszalt gyümölcsös, keserédes. Közepesen testes, könnyen iható, eléggé jellegtelen ale. ogivlado (7824) - Zagreb, CROATIA - OCT 11, 2011

On tap at Hops & Barley. Clear amber coloured, small off-white head, hint of caramel in the nose. Weak malty, caramel and light nutty with touch of dried fruits in the finish. Bitterish sweet finish. Nothing special here.
Draught. High creamy lasting off-white head. Hazy amber body. Weak malty caramel aroma and flavor with little hops bitterness, low carbonation and a long bittersweet finish. nbutler11 (1267) - Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, ENGLAND - MAR 25, 2010
On tap at the brauhaus. Not very brown at all -- more caramel looking with a trim beige head. Smells and tastes of malt, faint caramel, and grass. Moderately sweet on the finish with further caramel and mild orange pulp. Fair. chriso (7533) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 20, 2009
On draught at Hausbrauerei Hops & Barley, Berlin, March 2009. No ABV given. Darkish red/brown. Quite nutty, with a touch of roast malt and an ale-typical earthy aroma. Some residual sweetness with more nuts and fruit lingering on the finish. Definitely more of a brown ale than an altbier. Not my favourite style but this was a creditable and interesting effort.
