Aroma: Crisp, refreshing with minimal notes of surphul. Pale malts, hay, straw. Herbal and grassy hops. Taste: Pale malts, herbal hops, medium strong bitterness, long bitter finish, dry aftertaste. Classic german pilsener, quite good.

A gassy pilsener. Slight sharpness to it. Its very fresh tasting with good level of bitterness and a drying finish.

Draught @ H&B. Pours a slightly hazy medium straw, with a white head. Malty aroma, hops, citrus, faint hints of yeast and diacetyl. Off-dry, light to medium bodied, mid bitterness, balanced CO2. Malty, hoppy taste, citrus, faint caramel, yeast. A very decent tipple, but the sweetness in the palate is out of style in my book. (2013-06-18)

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazed golden colored body with an inch thick, creamy, dense and frothy, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is lightly spiced with a bit of a hay bitterness alongside a lightly sweetened pils malt backing. A few fruit notes with a touch of bready yeast. Flavor is better. Lightly bitter throughout with some lemon-grass hops and a few fruit notes with lightly sweetened, somewhat bready pils maltiness. Finishes clean and dry with a light bitterness before leaving a fairly lengthy aftertaste. Light body with a crisp, moderately lively carbonation. Overall, a pretty solid pils. Crisp, clean, balanced, and easy drinking. Im a fan of this.

The head is ok, the body gold and clear. It smells malty, sweet. The taste is malty, a bit sweet, and a bit watery. Not my favorite of this good brewery! 10/9/9/9/-/9

Draft@ brewpub. Hazy looking golden beer with a white head. Aroma is quite malty and has a full bitter flavor. Nice pils, but really nothing to impressive.

10,12,11,11, - ,11 - 11,05 - 12/8/12
