On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is pure sugar, bubblegum, yeast. Medium body, spice, yeast, light bitterness, good. SudsMcDuff (8468) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - FEB 10, 2012
Pours a slightly hazy orange gold .. low foam clouds, good solid lacing .. . easy does it, light bitterness .. . good stuff, balanced as a bubble .. enjoyable .. . . Is that some kind of peace sign? bu11zeye (13140) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - FEB 6, 2012
(Draught) Pours a lightly hazy yellow body with a medium creamy off-white head. Aroma of mustiness, grain, yeast, light fruitiness, and armpit. Flavor of yeast, butter, banana, bread, and florals with a soft mouthfeel. kidmartinek (5001) - austin, Texas, USA - JAN 19, 2012
A golden blonde ale with a nice little white head. I smell yeasty grass in the aroma and taste like rhubarb o something that you thought was sweet, but isn’t. The drink is lively on the palate and finishes dry and then lightly gummy. K5PI (20) - Texas, USA - JAN 17, 2012
Very nice yeasty aroma -- think Belgian Tripel. As for taste, however, the hops definitely sings lead here. The yeasty flavors are some talented backup singers that have some great solo potential.
