I know I'm in the minority, but I enjoyed this beer. It was a nice smooth, easy drinking beer. Just enough hops to make it interesting. MMM...Beer (385) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - NOV 25, 2003
Surprisingly this is my favorite brew from Hops (thus far). Decent color, with a nice floral nose and pleasant sweet taste. Cletus (6355) - Connecticut, USA - APR 18, 2007
12oz mug at the Manchester CT brewpub. Pours gold with an off white head. Smells of light malt and some peppery hops. Taste is nutty and slightly bitter. Mouthfeel is full with a crisp finish. harlequinn (2744) - Tacoma, Washington, USA - JUL 26, 2003
2002 Kennesaw, GA. Location - A very light bodied pilsner, that is not extremely watery like I thought it would be, some hops, some fruits, nicely balanced over all not a bad brew. hotstuff (5142) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - DEC 26, 2003
Draft at Ft. Myers, FL. A medium sized white head with fine-small sized bubbles that were mostly lasting. The body was transparent and it had lively carbonation present with a yellow hue. The nose was malty fruity with a malty flavor. The mouthfeel was smooth and this was a light bodied beer with sparse lacing.

On tap at brewpub, in frosted glass. Yellow gold with dissipating head. Light malt aroma. Taste has no off flavors, and a touch of hops. Not a beer for fussing over, but better than I expected from the reputation of the place. stoutosaurus (157) - Clinton, Mississippi, USA - NOV 25, 2002
it’s alright, but dark beers are better.
