Pitch black color with large and creamy beige head. Medium body, average carbonation, some lacing. Hoppy aromas of passion fruits, citruses, pine, oatmeal, mildly roasted malts, dark and milk chocolate, vanilla and herbs (cloves). Bittersweet taste of dark and milk chocolate, roasted malts, mild coffee, tropical fruit and herbs. Minimal, but notable smokey tone. Quite balanced brew. Enjoyable and easy-to-drink one. Simply delicious. Kita (2328) - Koper, SLOVENIA - APR 28, 2017
Bottle, 0.50l. Pours pitch black with large soapy light brown head and good lacing. Aroma of tropical fruit, citrus, roasted malt, chocolate, nuts and pine. Taste starts refreshing fruity, follows by rich roasted malt, coffee and chocolate, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium body, cream texture and average carbonation in palate. Very good... klm1 (2059) - Bled/SF, - APR 26, 2017
Pours black opaque with stable beige creamy head. Aroma: rich malt and gentle hop notes, which takes on pine, some citruses. Flavor follows aroma, but it’s way more intense: chocolate, gentle espresso coffee and freshly roasted coffe nibs like notes from malts, supported with hops which takes on pine, citruses. Hop bitterness is medium, very well blended with malt backbone. Finish is slightly dry, moderate bitter. Body is medium, texture smooth, almost creamy, carbonation is moderate.
Big surprise, Big like. Iznogud (4991) - CROATIA - APR 25, 2017
