On tap at Craft Room Zagreb. Hazy orange/golden coloured, small creamy off-white head, mild tropical fruit in the nose. The taste is also tropical fruits, subdued wheaty, light bready and some bitterness in the finish. Pleasant but weak.

Bottle, 0.50l. Cloudy clay-like color with rocky white head, good lacing and sparkling appearance. Aroma is not pleasant, at all. Some wheat and mild tropical fruit is pretty normal, but rubber, leather, chestnut honey and sewage are certainly undesired flaws. Tastes extremely sour with rubbery note and bitter finish. That’s my first real disappointment by Hopsbrew. Infected for sure, of course need a re-rate, but at this moment it can be called Tropical Shit...

UPDATED: OCT 22, 2017 24. 11. 2016, Ljubljana. Bottled. Interesting American Wheat but not to my taste. Really bitter with to little fruity raste. Really rich head which is not that lasting. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cloudy, golden to slightly amber coloured with a massive, long-lasting white head. Strong fruity aroma, classical IPA aroma notes. Very citrusy and pleasant aroma. Taste is very full at first, with a slight sweet feel, which is quickly overtaken with a strong, aggressive hoppy dryness and bitterness. A very strong, dry finish. In my opinion, lacking a little sweetness for a wheat beer. The only thing that says it is wheat is the big head, due to the protein in the wheat malt. All in all a very nice beer specimen, worth the try, if you can handle the dry - finish, that is.

0,5 bottle. Hazy golden color, small white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, grapefruit, grass, herbs. Taste is very citrusy, lots of grapefruit, herbs, some maltiness. No tropical fruits, no wheat, solid bitterness, light sourness. Not bad, but not very good also, and it was probably half way spoiled. I guess I should try this on tap...

Tap, Medulin festival. Misty pale yellow-golden body with a small white head. Mild tropical fruit aroma with light peach, sweetish. Mild dry tropical fruit taste, ending in a sold herbal bitterness and a very light tart, fresh touch. This is a very pleasant beer all in all, seemingly much better on tap than bottled - like so many Slovenian beers that is. Hopsbrew is definitely a brewery to watch!

Cloudy yellow orange colored, medium white frothy head. Aroma at start is strong tropical fruit and some citrus, really potent and wonderful, unfortunately after some time it disappears and is similar to the taste which is strong astringency, some malt, not much wheat, and a bunch of non-wit/wheat phenolics (plastic at one point), medium harsh bitterness, dry finish. Medium- bodied, average carbonation. Shame, because the aroma after opening the bottle was wonderful. (bottle, Stella Beer To Go, Medulin)
