On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear golden color with a medium white head. A big malty, sweaty nose. Light biscuit, honey, some grain. Easy and clean. bb (9790) - Alamo, California, USA - AUG 31, 2012
Draft. Golden beer with an off-white head. Grain aroma. Grain and light mineral flavor. Medium bodied. Mineral notes and grain linger. 3fourths (9367) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - JUN 7, 2008
UPDATED: NOV 20, 2016 Decent Saaz aroma, herbs and lemon and whatnot. Clean fermentation with some mild huskiness but otherwise the malt is hay and toast. Sharp new world bitterness is out of place but all in all it’s a decent drinker, just lacks finesse. drowland (9186) - Georgia, USA - JUL 30, 2013
3/28/13. Sampled during CBC 2013. Golden pour with a small off-white head. Light aroma of bready malts, pils malts, doughy, with light citrus and grassy spice. Light flavor as well, bready, doughy, just enough citrus and grassy hop bite. Not bad. BuckeyeBoy (8861) - Boise, Idaho, USA - AUG 13, 2017
Can thanks to Toby. Pours out a crisp golden topped with a white head. Nose is grassy biscuit malts and spice. Taste is more of the nice light crisp hops and a spice.

Draft at Main Street Alehouse. Pours a crystal clear medium gold with a big white head that really sticks around, leaving plenty of lacing on the way down. Mild soda cracker nose. Rich, creamy, lively carbed medium body. Great presence on the attack, especially for a pils. Grassy, crackery mid-palate with a nice toasty cracker finish. Light and refreshing with plenty of flavor. Beautifully done. tiong (7754) - Espoo, FINLAND - JUN 8, 2014

Clean, crisp and grassy lager. Pretty balanced.
Draught at Coastal Kitchen, 11/8/15.5000 (6900) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - NOV 6, 2012
Light, pale blonde beer with high clarity and a small white head with moderate to moderately low retention.
More malt-driven than hop driven, which is fine, though it seems a bit odd given the commercial deScription, which makes it seem like it is going to be very hoppy in the nose. Still, there is certainly some pleasant floral character, as well as a bit of honey, moderate cereal grains and light fruitiness. No alcohol or flaws.
Wet, rather light-bodied liquid seems more pale lager-like, though there’s a bit more to the malt bill, with a touch more honey and light bread notes. A touch of corn and/or vanilla, but it’s fleeting and not altogether unpleasant. Soft, grassy hops with just a light bit of fruitiness and a pinch of bitterness from the Zeus. Pleasant, rather mindless quaffer. Moderate carbonation and good attenuation.
Can:   Translucent golden, little frothy white head, light lacing.   Soft dusty grassy nose.   Crisp grassiness up front, clean, very light sweetness.   If this is Organic I am surprised as its not grainy or soily.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Very crisp and clean finish, grassy, malty, lightly hoppy, with just the right amount of sweetness to allow this beer to seem a little dry.   Really well put together, wow! vyvvy (6858) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - JUN 26, 2014
On tap at the brewpub - Pours pale clear yellow with an off-white head. The aroma has light graininess, pale malt and a touch of bread. It has a medium / light body with soft flowing carbonation. The flavor starts off grainy with pale malt, spiciness and grassy hops. The finish has a nice clean spicy saaz kick. Nice pils.
