This wasn’t the best beer, but it’s organic, it’s a pilsener so it’s not going to blow you away. It had a nice hop profile for a pilsener, it looked pretty typical and tasted much the same. I gave it slightly higher overall scores because it’s organic.

Very full bodied for a lager. Lot of wheaty grain taste and nose almost like a weiss beer, but clear golden and just a touch of hops. Nice summer beer.

From sampler at brewery. Golden in color. Smells sweet with a very mild flavour. It’s a decent beer for the style, but hard to compete with the rest of their offerings.

Tap at Hopworks - clear gold - a bit sweet forth style, but with a nice hop crispness to balance - pils malt is soft and clean - a bit of a honey finish, with a sligh peppery hop bit and mineral character on the end - decent.

Canned. Pours clear pale yellow with a medium sized thin white head. Saaz hop aroma with a soft, sweet corn malt backbone. Nice. Light bitter flavor. Light body, average carbonation, light-creamy texture, and a peppery bitter finish.

Can from LifeSource. Light golden straw in color. Some grains up front, followed by a little bit of a malty backbone. A little bit of a grassy hop finish. A little graininess. A hit of a soapy quality, but otherwise pretty clean.
