On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. A big nose of oranges, some zesty orange peel and more citrus. The flavor is medium bitterness, lemons, oranges, light resin. Very well made. Good brew.

On draught at hub - pours a nice clear copper color with medium thick white head. Nose is both hoppy, syrupy, and boozy. Taste is hop forward with dry citrus finish. Centennial hops are one of my favorites.

bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours translucent light amber with a slight beige head. Aroma is mostly floral with a little caramel. Med + body. Flavor is floral with a little citrus and a nice caramel backbone. Mild hop burn. Quite tasty. beersearcher (2382) - Glendale, California, USA - SEP 4, 2013
Now I have to get my hands on the Amarillo, Meridian, Falconer’s Flight versions too! Love the label. Great use of art to give a little bit of hop knowledge to the drinker. The Centennial pours a dark orange. Aroma isn’t huge to me. Get some spice notes. The taste has a solid level of bitterness and it is more spices and herbs. Nice and bubbly. Tastes a bit stronger than 6%. Zeswaft (1775) - Seattle, Washington, USA - AUG 24, 2013
Pours cloudy copper. White head that recedes quickly. Aroma not as hoppy as I wanted/expected. Citrus and pine but more malts. Flavor is well balanced citrus and floral hops with caramel malt. Bitterness is manageable. Alcohol content in check. Solid beer. Somewhere between a pale ale and IPA. 3fourths (9351) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - AUG 23, 2013
Bottle. Lightly hazed pale amber with a small off-white head. Strangely vegetal hop aroma and maybe some DMS / corn / cabbage going on, but I’m not too sure. Some pine resin and tropical fruit and urinal cake and citrus and whatnot in the aroma and flavor, but really it comes together as a smell that I can only place in the produce section of Asian supermarkets, a sort of raw plant aroma (leeks, turnip, kale and bok choy) with some aromatic carry-over from the live fish tanks around the corner. Medium body, medium sweetness, moderately strong bitterness, decently smooth malt. The supermarket notes aren’t too strong and overall this feels like it will go over well with the IPA crowd but not only doesn’t it stand out among the other 200 IPAs in Portland, it doesn’t even do Centennial hops justice.
