Had on draft at the brewery. The aroma is hop forward, fruity, citrus, some floral notes. The malts are grainy, bready. I enjoy single hop beers, fun to try. beersearcher (2383) - Glendale, California, USA - SEP 4, 2013
Now I have to get my hands on the Amarillo, Meridian, Falconer’s Flight versions too! Love the label. Great use of art to give a little bit of hop knowledge to the drinker. The Centennial pours a dark orange. Aroma isn’t huge to me. Get some spice notes. The taste has a solid level of bitterness and it is more spices and herbs. Nice and bubbly. Tastes a bit stronger than 6%. Bule (2256) - California, USA - AUG 21, 2013
On tap at the Platypus. Pours an amber color without much head. Mild hop flavor and well balanced.

Bomber. Straw golden pour, little white head. Classic Centennial all the way around from the citrus floral nose to the mild yet bitter notes throughout the palate. Nice lingering towards the finish. Simple, but effective. Zeswaft (1783) - Seattle, Washington, USA - AUG 24, 2013
Pours cloudy copper. White head that recedes quickly. Aroma not as hoppy as I wanted/expected. Citrus and pine but more malts. Flavor is well balanced citrus and floral hops with caramel malt. Bitterness is manageable. Alcohol content in check. Solid beer. Somewhere between a pale ale and IPA.

Solid drinkable IPA. Citrus forward, not particular bitter. Nice malt base. B.

On draught at 2013 Hopworks Biketobeerfest. Dark amber golden color. Aroma of pine and citrus. Taste is orange, pine, grass, and light malt. Finishes with an aftertaste that features the flavors of the hop. Smurf2055 (1400) - Seattle, Washington, USA - OCT 12, 2013
Pours orange finger white head.
Smell light citrus hops.
Taste earthy and a bit metallic on aftertaste.
Light to mid bodied.

I’m liking these single hop IPAs. Smells and tastes like the hop, slight dry malt body, but excelss with a floral and citrus hop profile, a good use of the Centennial.
