Our Estate NW Style Ale uses both Willamette and Cascade hops grown exclusively for Hopworks on San Juan Island. These hops impart a fresh, crisp and stunning fruitiness, coupled perfectly with aromatic floral herbaceousness. A rich malt body and warming finish are followed by a subtle, balancing hop bitterness. 19.8 degrees Plato, 80 IBU.

Cloudy bright gold body with a pure white crown floating on top. First sip was refreshing and bitter. Aroma is mild, citrusy, flowery, hay, mixed with wet grass. Nothing special here so far. Taste is strong yet watery like juice your mom made when she added to much water. Just kill that bitch Dexter! Grass, lemon, mild resin......... wet dust? Is that a thing? Big bitter finish. I just hit buble gum. I like this but I wish it was more.... it needs more fullness. The end?

On tap at Hopworks last night. A hazy light orange with a dense, white head with decent retention and lacing, this looks solid. The nose is blah. Chalky grapefruit hops, a pronounced wheat and grain aroma with minimal sweetness, some bread. Hip character is mild on both nose and palate with mild citrus, some orange juice, a moderate wheat malt character and some bread. Drying but with a dextrinous fullness on the finish, this beer is decent. Meh.

22 oz. bottle- Pours very hefe style hazy with a one finger head that reduces to a collar and a few islands. Aroma is very tropically, fruity, passion fruit and mango especially. Taste has the fruitiness, but is drier than expected, very mellow bitterness, fresh tasting, zesty. Body is medium, carbonation is kind of low. Overall interesting beer. The bottle says it is an IPA, but this site says American strong ale, which is it? I would go with an IPA, way too light and refreshing to be an American strong ale.
