Our White IPA uses Hard Red Spring Wheat grown on our San Juan Island farm exclusively for Hopworks. This specialty grain imparts a rich, biscuity malt character and signature wheat beer haze. Northwest hops add layers of fruity, floral flavor and crisp bitterness. A truly refreshing twist on a tried and true favorite.

650ml bottle (drinking from). Aroma is delightfully hazy wheat and malts with some lovely hop notes. This is a really great white IPA. Loving the wheat and very prominent tropical fruit and hop notes.

Don’t think this has travelled well to this side of the world as the hops are quite subdued.

Light, fruit forward, with hint of grapefruit in the aroma. Pours a hazy golden-orange. The taste has a fruity floral bite to it. An interesting IPA that’s lighter than the norm. Definitely recommend a taste.

@ Rogue Waterfront. Hazy light tan with a bubbly head. Nice grapefruit hop nose has orangey, light coriander notes. Big, rich bitterness, sweet pale malts are a bit biscuity, and there’s nice fruitiness. Quite orangey. There’s some diacetyl late...kind of buried under the hops. I’ve been getting that from HUB, which is disappointing. Thankfully this was served quite cold, which will mask it further.
