Pours a clear amber-yellow with a very small white head and a very good lacing. trevor211 (1681) - Seattle, Washington, USA - FEB 28, 2011
Smell is of cream, malt and a few hops.
Taste is creamy, malt, some hops, and a little earthy. Ends smooth.
On tap at Hopworks, back in late January 2011. Pours light yellow-orange. Hop-forward aroma, with seemingly better hops than are apparent in many of the rest of their beers - and the flavor matches. There’s a huge burst of citrus - like you bit into a not-quite-ripe orange. It’s a bit dilute, but a very tasty brew.
