A nice black stout. Thinner sandy lacing left behind from a short-lived and thin mocha head. Crisp and biting. Coffee appears half way thru . loght sweet chocolate and coffee bean finish. Decent.

On tap @ Kick. Dark brown, almost black body with a small, lacing, tan head. Really nice aroma dominated by coffee and some roasted malt in the background. Flavor is medium sweet, dark malt, lots of good coffee, roast, and medium bitterness. Nice balanced body and long, good aftertaste. A very nice coffee stout.

beer-yum (1710) - Wellington, NEW ZEALAND - AUG 27, 2016
Hugely appealing coffe aroma in a jet black pour. Brilliantly balanced mix of coffee and beer is one of the best examples of the style (US Cold Coffee Stout) I’ve had. The restrained strength only adds to the appeal...seriously, this is an excellent beer.
