750ml bottle, 2013 vintage, No 13960, somehow purchased at Discount Liquor in Milwaukee Wisconsin. To be fair, theres not a lick of English on the back label, and no mention of who the importer is, no deposit information, etc., so Im not really sure it necessarily passed through all the legal channels. Split with my bride. Pours a cloudy light amber color with a fluffy white head. Aroma is citric, lemon, wheat, earthy, yeasty. Medium on the palate with soft, creamy carbonation. Flavor is lightly sour, funky, oak, grassy, earthy, lemon, with a light, tart finish. A very nice Oude Gueuze.

75cl bottle, #27476, bottled 29 oct 2012. Aroma is sour, we wood, apple, clean stables, grassy. Hazy blond, small white head, little constant sparkling. Starts sour, granny smith, turns into something more soft bitter fresh. Dry finish, sticky, fresh.

UPDATED: JAN 5, 2014 Pours a cloudy golden with a thin white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma is soft barnyard and funk, a touch of grass/hay. Taste is nice and sour, puckering but not too much. It is really dry and asking for one sip after the other. Carbonation is spritzy, champagne-like. Acidity level is bareable, really. Flavors are mostly green apple (the good kind) with a little yellow fruits (pear?). Quite elegant, really nice!

750 ml bottle (2011 vintage)
My only real rate of the second evening was this blend from almost every major lambic brewery. The price did not seem too extravagant and while I could find 2013 vintages almost everywhere this is the only place Id seen the previous edition. I look forward to trying the 2013 soon to do a comparison.

Aroma / Appearance - The carbonated golden base and wispy bubbly head show signs of life. Dry, yeasty, and peppery this is not quite as sharp as the ones from a single brewery. However it still has a nice mix of blue cheese and vinegar that settles in the air.

Flavor / Palate - Vinegar and blue cheese pair together at moderate levels. It is tart, crisp, and acidic but not nearly so much as some other examples. The result is a beer that is much easier to drink yet still retains plenty of flavor. The yeasty peppery finish is a reminder of its inspiration as a collaboration since it matches none of the house profiles of each brewery. This is worth buying if you catch a bottle for under 15 Euro.

Vintage 2013. Shared bottle @Hanssens Artisanaal. Clear yellow gold. Fully diminishing shiny white head. Clean funky mineralic lemon zesty aroma. Quite fizzy in the mouth. Sharp and lemony flavor with barnyard tones. A light underlying fruit-sweetness is leading to a dry, acidic lemony finish. A true palate quencher. [Toer de Geueze 2013]

UPDATED: AUG 4, 2013 I think TomMann probably can play the drums, he just doesnt quite know it yet. Who wouldnt want to be in a hardcore punk hop band that conduct beer tastings at every practice? Get learning Tom. ABL baby. Was told it tasted of tigers. It didnt, though I guess it may have. Some lemony tartness with a clearer amber pour. Sourly tart, not the best most returnable gueueuze, but lipsmackingly tarty nevertheless.

Yep, delicious. I thought I was svelte but it turned out to be sarcasm perfectly placed. tommann - it would be very ace if you learned to play the drums and joined our hardcore band. Cracking beer in the garden.

2013 Vintage. Opens like a gunshot POP ! Pours a rich golden peach color with a two finger foam that fizzes out quickly. Nose is funky basement, stonefruit, touch of lemon and honey. The palate follows the nose with nice barnyard funk, dusty lemons and traces of sweetness late in the palate. Well balanced but think it could use a little time to finish up and dry out a touch.
