COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: We have brewed on this beer on a long time and we finally think it is a should. A very majestic stout with a hint of roasted barley malt, smoke malt, coffee, some spices and to top it all a drop of rum. The beer has been seasoned on oak wood. This beer can stored many years in a dark closet or cellar, but is also ready to drink when it leaves our brewery. Buy an extra bottle and stash it for a special occasion in some years. It will develop like a god wine- only get better and better by the years.

LIBF2017. Kolor czarny, od góry płyn zamyka jasno brązowa, wysoka piana. Jest dość trwała, zbudowana z drobnych pęcherzyków. Aromat raczej mało intensywny. Palony z nutami kawy. Nasycenie niskie

Sample at LIBF’17. Aroma of sausage, burning alcohol, smoked malt, alcohol. Pours black with a brown thick head, lasting. (I give this a 5 because it was the only of 10 I tasted at LIBF with a head lasting this long! Nice) Taste is milkchocolate, milk, bitter, sweet. Finish is a boozy, a bit burning.

Kolsvart med ett riktigt brunt skum. Doft: Kakao, råg, lite kanderatsocker, lätt av billig rom och Cola, mörk kola, lite romerska bågar, kallt kaffe, lite sockerdricka. Smak: Kakao, sött rågbröd, sött kallt kaffe, sockerdricka, mörk gammaldags kola, söta konstgjorda barr, lite lite jul kryddor.

Black with thin head. Aroma has lots of dark burnt malts. Some smokiness. Flavour is similar but a bit of alcoholic burn is present. I get a little wood but no rum. The harshness in the aftertaste is really heavy.

Chocolate, bizcocho, vainilla, licor. Sedosa en boca, equilibrada con chocolate de dulce a amargo.

Wow. Virkelig en øl med gods i. Dejlig fyldig smag og ikke for tung. Smag på Ølfestival, København

A little note of rum on the nose. A strong Imperial Stout attack, but then it fades quite quickly, and doesn’t develop anyting particularly interesting on the palate. Not really well balanced, it’s not a really good Imperial Stout and what’s supposed to be original in it is almost not there.

rumore (485) - Rimini, ITALY - APR 18, 2017
From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours black with brownish foam, limited and fine. Aroma is vanilla, coffee, nuts. Body is dense, with good stickiness. Some astringency as well. Taste is somehow sweet at first, immediately overcome by a good amount of bitterness. Finish is long, with a good residue of bitterness.
