COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

A gift brought to the Brewery by some friendly Danish visitors! Many thanks beer wanderers!! Mildly hazy golden pour (I missed that it was bottle conditioned!) Large but slightly loose white head dissipated fairly quickly leaving a couple of mm and some pleasant lacing. It has amarillo stamped all over it! Slightly soapy but dominantly slightly sour Seville oranges, little fairy liquid, autumn leaves, new cut grass and straw, quite drying on the tongue. I have a bit of a love/hate thing with Amarillo but this is really good! Drinks stonger than it’s 5% too!

I find this somehow disappointing. It´s not an IPA, but still they have tried to make it very hoppy. Why not just make it, an IPA instead. Pilsener with hoppy taste.

Draft at Olhus Stockholm in Helsinki. Crystal clear golden yellow color fluffy off white head. Earthy almost dank citrus aroma. Taste is equally earthy. Decent.

Great IPA nose, a bit on the light side. in mouth, a chinooky funky vibe, even if it’s a single Amarillo. The end of it is just the level of bitterness I like, not too dry, and disappears quite rapidly, not leaving you on a bad note. Overall balance is perfect. Very drinkable and enjoyable. Would definitely like to drink more of this one.

From bottle at Bierfestival Groningen 2017. Aroma is juicy fruits, fresh hops, citrus, some pineapple, bitter fruit peel and a touch of pale malt. Flavour is lightly sweet and above medium bitter. Body is medium. Juicy IPL, citrus and pineapple, bitter fruit peel, lovely drinkable hoppy Lager.

On tap at Delirium Hoppy Loft, Pours hazy orange with medium white head. Hoppy, fruity, pine, caramel, malty, toasted leading to the bitter finish. Medium bodied.

Copenhagen 16/2 2017. 50 cl bottle from Meny. A delirious wind eyed Hop looking lovingly at me from the label. Pours hazy golden yellow - almost orange with white head. Settles as very fine thin layer of foam. Lacing on the side of the glass. Aroma is very hoppy - bringing your thoughts along to a IPA but slightly thinner. A little exotic fruit more than balanced by bitter grape fruit. Medium to soft carbonation and quite thin palate. Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a more dominant bitterness without being overpowering. Bitter aftertaste with rather dry finish. Quite simple but very nice beer if you prefer your lager with a hoppy twist.
