Bottle. Sensoric. Deep brown, with small to medium light brown, semi-densed head. Medicare head retention and lacing. Candy-like aroma along with some dark fruits, nutty, also some caramel with hints of chocolate. Taste is medium sweet, slightly acidic, light bitter. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation, finish is acidic and malty. Nothing special, nothing outstanding, but as a brown ale this one is not so boring in taste and aroma. Eskil has a nice rich aroma of smoke and licorice. The taste is a little watery in the beginning, but soon it takes over with smoke, tar, hard toasted malt and plenty of peat. It is a really nice, mellow and satisfying brown ale. Erzengel (8626) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - JUN 7, 2015
Best before 07.06.2016. The beer starts fresh and malty. Not too intense, hints of chocolate or caramel. The beginning is malty. Not too deep. The nice dry chocolate-nuts aroma arrive in the aftertaste and stay not too long. Malty hints, no bitterness. A bit boring. TEJA (3027) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - APR 6, 2015

Small light brown head. Brown color. Roasted malt aroma. Small acidic from the dark malts. Small to medium bitterness. Cool_Bond (2650) - KUNG_AV_OL @ Instagram, SWEDEN - FEB 6, 2015
Light fruity and lightly malty aroma. Taste is caramel malt, chocolate and soy. Maybe a little metal also in taste but not much. Wonderful bitterness in the aftertaste that fills the mouth for a long while. Really tasty and sweet beer. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

50 cl bottle @ home. Pours murky brown with some sediment and an off-white head that leaves a little lacing. Aroma and flavour are dried fruit, yeast, chocolate, and a little roasted malt - with a bitter finish. martin00sr (4010) - Haderslev, DENMARK - NOV 8, 2014
Clear, very dark brown with small light tan head. Aroma has roastes malt and hazel nuts. Similar flavour, whith light hoppy bitternes and sweetish citric notes. Bamsen78 (5336) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - NOV 7, 2014
Bottle. Pours slightly hazy dark coffee brown wi airy but stable tan head. Clear aroma of malt and nuts, with notes of caramel and fruit, and hoppy touches. Bitter, roasty and hoppy flavour, with notes of malt and fruit and sourish, citric touches. Roasty and rough afteraste. Decent. POLK (2219) - Hørning, DENMARK - AUG 8, 2014
Super Market Cornish stout. Something sweet with a slight taste of chocolate. Beergaard (336) - Aarhus, DENMARK - JUL 20, 2014
Black brownish beer, creamy brown head. Aroma of coffee, dark chocolate, brown bread. Taste of fermented and dried fruit, pumpernickel, bitter chocolate and something different I can’t put words on. Maybe something metallic, but not in an unpleasant way. Interesting beer.
