Sample from bottle at CBWF 2017. Lovely, deep red colour with a thin pink head. Fruity aroma with raspberries, caramel malts, tart fruits. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes sweet with raspberries. Very refreshing.

50 cl bottle served in flute. Colour is, indeed, raspberry (leaning towards cherry) with a nice (but short-lived) pinkish head. Aroma displays a full array of red wild berries: raspberry, cherry, strawberry, redcurrant, cranberry... all of them ripe or even in jam. Taste starts bone-dry, refreshingly sour, a little salty and with a nice dry, slightly bitterish, medium-lasting finish. Well done.

Works very well cold and in the garden. Pink and sour. Lots of raspberry and fresh.

From tap. Aroma is very subtle of raspberries but the dominant aroma is sour and almost like hay or grass. Taste is very sour but no raspberries to speak of and it had no lingering taste at all. Not very good.

This is a perfect example of how a lot of good breweries find it hard to produce decent sours. Yes, it’s sour. And that’s it.

Bottle shared at kermis’. Red amber with white head. Fruity raspberry. Sweet and sour, light bitter. Medium body, fruity finish.

bottle 2013. pours cherryred, no head. intense raspberry aroma. well balanced, heavy sweet but a rich body. more balanced aged than fresh, but a now more a well balanced beer instead of a welcoming drink. prefer this. Nice!

From tap. Pours hazy red with a light pink foam. Aroma is fresh; Raspberries and a bit of soy. Taste is sour and fresh; Raspberries, juicy and lemon. Estery. Sour for a framboise - and I like i!

500 ml bottle from Systembolaget. Red color with a medium white head. Moderate tart and fruity aroma of rasoberry and strawberry. Taste reflects the aroma. Medium carbonation,
