COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

50 cl bottle @ home. Pours amber with an off-white head that leaves a little lacing. Aroma is caramel, grapefruit, pine, and citrus. Flavour is citrus, caramel, and pine with an ever so slightly bitter finish.

Bottle from Brewery Creek, Vancouver; bb 02.08.2018, hopefully 3 months old
Hazy amber color. Off-dry but with a decent body strength; the malt profile plays a bit too much with darker shades of malt, and because of the age it also has hay, straws component; strong hopping, a bit resiny and herbaceous, but overall missing better quality.
For one, Im not convinced by darker IPAs, and then this is not fresh enough to show good hops.

Bottle - Citrus and oily peel notes. Cloudy copper gold with a small white head. Decent black tea leaf notes. Not as fresh as it could be.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark copper orange with medium beige head. Aroma is oxidized with cardboard, followed by faded earthy hops and biscuity malt. Flavour isnt as oxidized, with subdued earthy hops and dry toasted biscuity malt. Cant imagine this was much more aggressive when fresh, but its still solid as is. Decent.

Abrikos, fersken, slik, frisk korn, lang dejlig bitter eftersmag.

Cloudy dark amber with a weak beige head. Nose of caramel, candy, tropical fruit and a little resin. Too sweet. Perhaps oxidized, disappointing...
