COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle. An enormous, dense, light beige head sits on top of a slightly unclear amber body. The head disappeares gradually, into a rocky pile of bubbles. Mostly hoppy nose, with pine cones and resins. Some maltyness, but not much. Nice, but a 7 is awarded under doubt. Quite sweet in the mouth, but with enough bitterness to bring balance. Piney and resiny hops, also in the finish. A quite nice one, although a bit sweetish. 110614

KnutAlbert (6754) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAR 30, 2011
an IPA, but a rather modest variety of the species. Aromatic hoppy nose with pine and herbs, this continues with a herbal bittersweet mouth feel. Soft grass, mint and some black pepper in the finish. Would be fine with heavy food, the herbs should be able to cut through
