COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: En ny humlet julel.

Flska. Hazy deep amber colour with a nice big beige creamish lively head. Very hoppy sweet fruity citrus pine, bit spruce, malty aroma. Good mouthfeel, but bit thin. The flavour is not as bitter as I thought after sniffing to this brew: soft sweet hoppy fruity pine flavour with grapefruit, caramel and toasty malt. Bit waterish finish but with pleasantly soft bitter fruity hoppiness.

Bottle @ lkonsortiet xmasbeer tasting. Pours orange with a small white head. Aroma of sweet malt, loads of hobs, pine, citruss, grapefruit. Taste is abit more toned down, but still plenty of hobs, floralnotes, tea, light citruss and pineapple. 101106

Cloudy amber with a lasting white head. Aroma of malt, grain, orange peel, tea and a whiff of diacetyl. Dry and orange peel dominated flavour with a hop bitter finish and husky tannins.

[email protected] Pours slightly hazy, with a small dence head. Wow the aroma is clear, dry and sharp - like when you smell the fresh hops when you brew beer. Taste is really nice and crisp, with a small hint of something - maybe the christmas. Surprise of the day.
