Danish: En ny humlet julel. Hvis du p et tidspunkt synes, at du har fet tilstrkkeligt af den sde julel, julegodterne og de andre ting vi gr og nyder i julen, s skal du prve en Happy, Hoppy, Christmas. Det er ikke en voldsomt humlet l, men en mild IPA der er godt trhumlet. Det er derfor en meget forfriskende l, der gr rigtigt godt som en afveksling til den mere traditionelle julel. Humle er det gode modspil til den kraftige mad, og du kunne jo prve med et glas Happy, Hoppy, Christmas juleaften til anden eller flskestegen. Draught at Lord Nelson Bar Copenhagen. Hazy golden colour with a beige head. Aroma and flavour of hops and citrus with a bitter finish.

UPDATED: DEC 22, 2010 Bottle, 6.5%. Nicely caramelly hop aroma. Cloudy red colour. Small off-white head. The flavour has a bit of the caramelly hop note from the aroma, but also a bit of vegetable. Distinct bitterness, nice and clean. The mouthfeel is a little thin, but the flavour is good.

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and heavy hopy aroma. Nice fruity notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Long moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Strong fruity esters notes in nice hop-balance.

Draft. An unclear amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of citrusy hops and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrusy hops and caramel, leading to a dry and bitter finish.
