0.5L bottle bought at Lønnebjerg, Sjællands Odde. Huge fluffy sand-colored head. Body is opaque, dark amber. Grapefruity hop aroma. Peachy notes, and a whiff of resiny hop oils. Toasted, light sweet malts in the back. Medium malt body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft, light sweet and toasted malts, balanced with a citrus fruity flavoring hops. Distinct bitterness. A decent IPA with good drinkability. thebeertourist (5189) - Oslo, NORWAY - AUG 1, 2011
On tap at Olympen. Cloudy, dirty copper with a creamy head. Nice citrus hops and bready malts nose. Overall quite bitter, but with sweet fruit and hints of roasted malt flavours. Complex and refreshing. frehal (18) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUL 16, 2011

Getting some citrus and grapefruit and chocolate. A Good IPA but not great. I am glad that I bought more than one bottle.
Bottle @ Home. Pours hazy dark golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, grapefruit, citruss, pine. Taste is caramel malt, grapefruit, citruss, pine. Medium body, lively carbonation. Good IPA 190609 peterclash (47) - Malmö, SWEDEN - MAY 15, 2011
A medium thick head. Body is rusty and fudgelike. Medium hops, a bit watery. Grapes and a bit of citrus in the aroma. Fairly wellbalanced, except for the watery bit. Good but nothing special. Hornbeers IIPA is much better.

(Bottle 7/5-2011) Dark orange, head last a few minutes, lively CO2, moderate bitter with a little sweetness. brnandersen (3905) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 19, 2011
0,5 bottle from SPAR supermarket, Sæby nearby the brewery. Orange-brown hazy colour - quite dark for a IPA. Off-white, lasting head. Lively carbonation that quickly fades. Lots of chocolate malts and citrusy hops in the aroma. The taste is a mixture between the malts (chocolate) and the hops (citrus, grapefruit). Medium body, bitter finish dominated by the hops. A nice beer. Borup (14501) - Albertslund, DENMARK - APR 18, 2011
Draught at Lord Nelson Bar, Copenhagen. Clear reddish colour with a beige head. Aroma and flavour of hops, fruit and caramel with a nice bitter finish. Rasmus40 (20649) - Beder, Aarhus, DENMARK - MAR 10, 2011
Hazy dark orange with a huge off-white head. Aroma is caramel, yeasty and rather hoppy - grapefruit and peach. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and bitter finish. A good beer but far from Hornbeers best. 100311 Nisse666 (7427) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - FEB 19, 2011
