(on bottle) Murky red beer, steady, beige head; looks akward, but cool. At first a small fruity/sour sent; cranberries allright. Then a new aroma; paprika and charcoaled bellpeppers. tasting the beer, it feel like a juice in the mouth and keeps the tartness from the berries. The taste evolves into gets thicker, more heavy. Gets notes of vanilla, tobacco and honey. A nice, rather complex beer, so different, I really dont know if I really like it.

Bottle, at Esbjerg Beerfestival. Its a hazy, dark golden beer with a dense, reddish beige head. Lighlty smoked nose, oake, some perfumes and a good whiff of berries. Sweet and malty flavor with a little berry-like sourness, and of course, berries. Sticky-sweet, smooth and effervescent in the mouth. Berry-sour finish with sweetness. A decent beer, quite good actually, but not my cup of tea. 091022

It is very murky red-brown with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of tea, berries, herbs and light barnyard. The flavor is sweet and slightly sour with notes of cranberries, tea, malt, wood and yogurt Im pretty sure this must be infected (I hope at least)...

Draught at lbaren, Copenhagen
Muddy brown color; creamy head. Nice aroma, sweet smoked malt, light fruits. Good body strength, malt and smoke flavor, quite sweet, with medium light fruity sourness. Not my favorite combination, but surely a well brewed and interesting one.
