Copenhagen 5/9 2016. 50 cl bottle from Meny. Drawing of deranged wasp on the label. Pours hazy orange with white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam. Aroma is sweet, fruity lemonade with oranges, peach and elderberries. Very summerlike. Medium carbonation and watery palate. Flavor is medium sweet with light bitterness/sourness. All in all quite refreshing but a bit watery. But quite summerlike.

4/VII/16 - 50cl bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck (Vichte) @ Adam Jackson Tasting Without Adam Jackson - BB: 21/VII/17 (2016-727) Thanks to Erwin for sharing the bottle!

Clear dark orange beer, small irregular off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very soapy, floral, cardboard, some orange peel. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sourish, fruity touch, dirty, cardboard, bit lemony. Aftertaste: bit aged, cardboard, honey, oxidized, infected almost I think? Big nope.

Brewed as a witbier but has much of lager-ish taste. Mouthfeel soft like genuine wit. Bitter and slight citrus taste, with dominant grass. Also hints of honey. Not expanding my wit-beer preference.

KØ16. Yeasty aroma with a hint of citric hops. Cloudy orange colour. Almost no head. The flavour also has a yeasty note, like a hefeweizen, and a mild hoppiness, grassy and refreshing. A hoppy wheat beer.

Medium white head. Hazy coppery body. Fruity mealy herbal aroma with spicy gingery notes. Sweetish mealy fruity taste with herbal grassy notes. Mid-bodied. Fizzy mealy mouthfeel. Dryish fruity floral orangey aftertaste with mealy spicy notes. Lingering mealy apple finish. It’s quite nice. (0.5l bottle, from Fish & Beer, Copenhagen. Best before April 2018.)
