[email protected] Beer Fest 2011 (thanks yngwie for sharing some sips!). Deep murky brown colour with a small off-white fluffy head. Aroma is roasted malts, raisins, some ripe fruits, berries and mild ashes. Flavour is rather roasted with some slight berries, ashes and mild ripe fruits. A bit different take on Schwarzbier...

Bottle at home. Pours very dark brown with an off white head. The aroma has lots of annoying metallic notes mixed with roasted malt, light chocolate and light dark fruit. The favour is quite thin. Light metallic and light roasty. Some light coffee notes. Overall its thin and way too metallic.

UPDATED: SEP 29, 2012 180511: @ DØE Århus Sys Tasting. Clear brown color with fine beige head. Slightly thin schwarzbier, but good sommer beer. Soft and rounded beer but very distant from the great classic German schwarzbier.

Bottle, at Ølfestival 2011. It pours a very dark brown body, and is topped by a medium sized off-white head. Burnt malts, prunes and some ashtray hints on the nose. The flavor is burnt and roasted, with some malty sweetness and fruityness. Dry and medium bodied, finishing burnt and bitter. A bit uninteresting maybe, but far from being bad. 110527
