COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Men døm selv.
Brygget med kaffe malt, chocolate malt, black malt og honning, tørhumlet og lagret med egetræ og valnød.

500ml bottle. In the cellar for a year and a half. Wow. Pours black, light does not penetrate, stars are lost. Black. A thin cocoa powder coloured head on top of that. On the nose, molasses, leather, light ash, raisin and notes that make me think stout meets a lightly peated Scotch. HUGE on the tongue with molasses, tonnes of roasty malt notes, sponge toffee, faint red licorice, espresso, and a faint trace of alcohol that heads into caramel, butterscotch, heavy tannins, and a faint mint note in a lingering note of molasses in the huge finish. This is awesome. Why did I only buy ONE?!

From tap at Uiltje Bar, Haarlem. Aroma is lovely coffee, roasted malt, notes of oak, dark chocolate, mild caramel, sweetish chocolate cake. Flavour is above medium sweet and moderate to medium bitter. Body is full and rich. Great balance, amazing chocolate cake Stout. Beautiful.

BOTTLE 50 CL. Pitch black, dark espresso head. Dark toffee, a little milky even, smooth soft impy profile. Moderate chocolate milky sweetness, quite a bit of roast and hoppy bitterness. Very good.

Ticks every box for an Imperial Stout, but there is something extra often that this one lacks. Still a great beer, but it falls a liitle bit flat.

Bottle shared @sklepzpiwem.pl Coffee and chocolate dominate both taste and aroma. It could have been more full bodied - I’ve missed that a lot.
