COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

jesperhammer (4788) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAR 4, 2013
02-MAR-2013, bottle @home, from Fish & Beer, shared with Morten. Orange/amber, almost clear with high but quickly diminishing off-white head. Hoppy, citric, piney, a little minerally, and malty aroma. Taste the same with even more malts, mostly caramel. Sweet, medium body and carbonation. This leaked a few drops in the fridge overnight. I do not think that it incluenced the taste in any way. OK drink.

Hazy red-amber color with generous compact head. The aroma is mild, light caramel and dust. Smooth mouthfeel; caramel flavor, quite dry, with a light ashy and dusty feeling; the bitterness level is just above the average, without many hop qualities.
Easy but pleasant dry caramellish beer.
