FANTASTISK DUFT. Den er ramt lige i øjet. Smagen er IPA møder Ale. Bitter uden det er for meget. God øl og bedst til krydret mad.

Appearance: hazy orange color, rocky white head.
Aroma: grapefruit (lots), orange, farm.
Taste: lots and lots of bitterness <3
Palate: huge body, thick texture, average carbonation, bitter finish.
Overall: this is not an apa, its an ipa, to little aromatic hops and too much bitterness for an apa. I love bitterness so i love this beer, but it doesnt represent the style any good. ipa would be a better bet or even dipa! KnutAlbert (6754) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAR 4, 2010
Bottle. Lovel, seducing flowers. Soft wheat malt, dry and dusty hops. ANother well compoased beer from Hornbeer. And this is from last year, so the freh hoppiness keeps for a while. About time you exporte3d some beer! mrol (330) - - APR 15, 2016
pours amber with a white head, aroma is citrus and floral, taste is citrus and pine with slight caramel, a nice refreshing bitter/sweet beer with medium carbonation and medium body.

500 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Vika, Oslo. ABV is 6.4%. Brown colour, large off-white head. Very nice hoppy aroma, distinct notes of spruce, also notes of grapefruit. The medium dry flavour has also notes of spruce / pine / resin, some fruit too, balanced by sufficient brown malts. Fairly bitter finish. Yes, this is actually a beer I can associate with a Nordic spring in the fir and pine tree forests.

Dark deep red hazy, massive tanned head, it just looks fantastic in my tulip. Smells of citrus, zests, some ripe fruits and some caramel malts. Taste is medium ++ sweet, quite on the malty side, nice dark fruity flavours and light citrus zests. Finish is almost heavy bitter, an explotion citrus hops and resins, some zests too. Medium to full body, oily feel, soft carbonation. A quite massive beer, a bit of style i think, and APA is often lighter. Still a super beer, malty with a solid hop bill to back it up.
And the brewery says the beer is "Gyldengul" (Light golden)...... hehehe
Drucken på fat. Smak och doft av frisk humle, citrus, tropisk frukt, lichti. Rund och len med god beska och toner av karamell och smörkola. Mer av detta. HopRedHead (397) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - JUL 13, 2013
Bottle from Barley Wine, CPH. Pours cloudy golden brown with a short, soft khaki head. Big caramel, pine and tropical fruit aroma. Loads of hops and a nice sweet malty backbone. Taste is big for a pale ale, big tropical hop profile with a prominent caramel malt character. Nice bitterness without being a kick in the face. Awesome pale. stefannilssons (1580) - SWEDEN - MAY 22, 2014
[Köpenhamns ölfestival 2014] Det här var en riktigt fin öl med skönt fruktiga toner och en fint balanserad smak. Kroppen var stabil och upplevelsen fulländad. MiP (15667) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - MAY 22, 2008
Draught, 6.4% at ÅBF08. Fruity and spicy aroma. Cloudy dark orange colour. Small white head. Good sweet fruitiness, nicely spicy. Good cleansing bitterness.
