Our Öko Bier is brewed according to the Bavarian purity requirement, with purest Allgäuer water, best organic hops and organic malt.

Note: Despite the label drawings being the same, this is NOT the same as the "Bavarian-Weissbier" sold in North America...that is the Weisser-Hirsch.

PapaCanard (168) - SWITZERLAND - MAY 21, 2016
Bière à l’allemande, très aqueuse, de couleur jaune pâle et avec une mise tes blanche. Idéale pour se désaltérer les de grandes chaleurs.

Dedollewaitor (16321) - Odense, DENMARK - JUL 24, 2014
Bottle @ Getränke Winkler, Traunstein. Pours clear golden with a white head. Skunky vegetables and plastic. Rotten eggs and paperbag. Waauw!

MichaelAwesome (6545) - Wanne-Eickel, GERMANY - JAN 12, 2014
Simples Helles ohne Besonderheiten. Leicht muffig mit etwas Heu und Zucker. Nicht ganz einfach zu trinken und gar etwas derb.

McTapps (6957) - Reutlingen, GERMANY - JAN 11, 2014
Pours out of the bottle in a clear golden colour with airy steady head and medium body. Aroma of hops and straw. Taste of mild hops, grass, citrus, apples and straw. Grainy finish. Not that nice to drink - rather average and boring.

Kriegbaum (845) - Randers, DENMARK - APR 16, 2011
Bottle 50 cl. Light golden pour with a small white head. Malty aroma and flavor with a hint of something citrus.

oldrtybastrd (5003) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - MAY 11, 2008
Pours a clear golden yellow color. Aromas of grass, cheerios, and a touch of flowers. Flavor is kinda sweet to start, citrusy finish with some hop notes.

Otje (678) - Veendam, NETHERLANDS - DEC 10, 2005
bottle 0.5l labeled as Helles Export, with 5.2%abv. nice looking brew. juniperberries and musky nose. tastes also musky with juniperberries, little sweet and a little bitter. fruity, fresh and crisp finish. only disappointment is it’s body which is a little watery and thin especialy when warming up. overall decent.

MoritzF (10068) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - OCT 28, 2005
(bottle) Clear and pale golden colour with a foamy white medium head. Malty and doughy aroma with wet hay and a dense fruity note. Smooth mouthfeel with a moderately sweet malty taste, slightly fruity and a crispy light bitter finish. Decent and refreshing Helles.

MiP (15960) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - OCT 26, 2005
Bottle. (Ökobier Helles Export, 5.2%). Golden colour, looks still. Malty flavour, a little citric. Drinkable, but not very interesting.

Bugrat (61) - Cph. V, DENMARK - AUG 17, 2005
Mostly pilznerlike, very easy to drink. A beer to drink for thirst. It is not a mindblowing experience, but it is not a bad beer either.....
